Postage & Packing
Once you place an order via the website your requested photos will be printed using the latest printing technology. Each order is individually checked by an image consultation specialist to ensure it is up to the highest quality standards. Once your order is printed and checked it is then packaged and dispatched to your delivery address. You should receive your chosen prints within 3-5 working days. Photographs will be supplied in a 12x8 format, printed on matt finish, high-quality Kodak paper and shipped in a protective envelope.

Delivery Charges
Postage and packaging is a set £1.99 per order to anywhere in the UK for any and covers multiple prints. So you only pay one P&P cost per order no matter how many prints you buy. If you would like your order delivered outside the UK then postage costs will be calculated when processing your order. You will be contacted by phone to confirm costs before any money is taken from your credit card. Order Tracking Queries
If your order doesn't arrive at your door within the 3-5 working days, or if you have any queries relating to the status of your order, please contact us, and we will be happy to advise.

Is ordering from you over the internet safe and secure?
We are fully committed to your security. We use an external payment provider, approved by Mastercard, Visa and all other major card issuers. 1024 bit encryption is used when entering your payment details and no credit card information is stored anywhere on our server.

How long will my print take to arrive?
Your print will arrive will normally arrive within 3-5 working days. If there is any delay in processing your order, you will be contacted by phone or email. See more delivery information here

You are not permitted to copy or reprint the image in any way as doing so would be an infringement of copyright law.
